SD Battle Oozumo: Heisei Hero Basho (1990) is the first game in Banpresto's Compati Hero series for the Famicom. Initially a sumo game, the series expanded into various crossover titles and even influenced the Super Robot Wars series. The games typically involve SD heroes facing off against a combined greater evil and sometimes refer to the characters as Gachapon figures.This game features characters from the Ultraman, Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, and Gundam franchises battling in sumo wrestling matches across different arenas.
